Here's what most business owners want to know:

How much capital do I need to scale my ecommerce business to 7 figures?

Typically we need at least $35K per quarter (every 3 months) to build and scale. If you have more capital we can grow much faster. This works out to roughly $150K in the first 12-18 months.

Do I have to use Shopify?

Yes, I only work with businesses that use Shopify as their ecom platform.

Also, I strongly prefer that you use Klaviyo for your email marketing.

I have a list of recommended software for an ecom business that we can discuss if we work together.

How long does it take to see results?

The first 3-6 months are typically about building foundation, operations, and testing.

From month 6 onwards we focus on an running and scaling up your paid ads to generate sales.

By month 12 we will expect to have crossed the 7 figure mark ($1M) and will continue to grow from here.

The goal is to pass 8 figures ($10M+) by month 24.

Do you work with international business owners?

Yes, as long as you and I are able to find compatible times to have our weekly meetings together.

I live in Australia, near Brisbane (time zone UTC+10 [AEST]), and typically am available M-F 9-5 in my time zone, though I can and do make myself available for clients outside this time range to accomodate you if needed.

What makes your approach different than other 'ecommerce consultants'?

I'm not just an 'ecommerce consultant'. I'm a brand owner myself and have experience with all aspects of this industry, having built a successful supplement business from scratch.

The work I do with you is essentially a fractional COO/CMO service, specialising in direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce business development and growth.

I don't give generic or vague advice; I guide you to build the systems, teams, and marketing assets needed to scale your brand to 7 then 8 and even 9 figures (if you have the right stuff to make it to that level).

How much time will I need to commit each week during this program?

You and I will have a 1-to-1 private meeting once per week to work on your business together.

The amount of work varies during different stages of building the foundation, generating sales, and scaling up.

The more time you spend doing the things I tell you to get done, the more likely you are to break through 7-figures sooner. Eventually this will lead to you having to do WAY less in your business.

The 'Ecom Builder Program' (the one I'm talking about on this web page) is not for brands that haven't launched yet.

I can and do work with people who want to bring a new product idea to market.

As long as there’s evidence that your product can be profitable on the market (ie. there are competitors who successfully sell a similar product as yours), we can do it.

Expect a slightly longer period to break through to 7 figures vs. having sales already, because there is more work to be done in this case.

I’ve plateaued at around $1M, but can’t seem to shift it. Can you help me reach the next level?

Yes, absolutely.

The strategies we use to break through $1M are still applicable to go to the next level ($10M).

We just have to improve your current systems and marketing efforts and scale them up.

Is hitting 7 figures guaranteed? What factors could prevent that from happening?

No guarantees.

However, the path to 7 figures and beyond is straightforward, repeatable and easy to achieve if you have:

1. A good product.

2. Enough capital to grow.

3. A cohesive plan and the ability to execute.

The biggest factors that can prevent you from reaching 7 figures are:

1. You quit the program before we complete your growth path.

There’s no refunds but I totally get that emergencies happen and you might need to hit pause for a little while.

If ads are running this will not be good for your business.
